Alongside a supportive management team who are dedicated and strive for getting the best from our practitioners ensuring we are providing the best for the children in our care.
Our door is always open and we aim to be approachable, friendly and reassuring.
Each room has a room leader, a team of staff in accordance with ratios and an apprentice.
Sarah the owner is very hands on and you will often see her around helping in rooms, cooking and in the office helping Abi and Rhi. You will also sometimes see Maggie the dog in the office with a welcome wag of her tail!
Abi is the manager of the setting, she has many years' experience in early years along with a 1st class honors degree in childcare, learning and development. She works across both sites to deliver training and share her knowledge.
Rhi is the Deputy manager, she has over 12 years of experience in early years and is dedicated to the nursery and her staff. Rhi is also the SENCo of the setting with level 3.
All our staff are first aid trained and keep up to date with the training available.

The staff have many years of experience and are selected for their skills and caring nature. They are all vetted in line with our safer recruitment process. We request references and we carry out a DBS check and all are registered on the update service.
We also have a dedicated management team with a wealth of experience in childcare.
We are fortunate to have an owner who is directly involved in overseeing the nurseries day to day operation. We pride ourselves on being a family run setting, in the heart of our community.
